Updated Concession Heads of Terms available

The Concession Heads of Terms document has been updated. V3.6.4 includes:

• An extension of the recommendation for #4 Sites;

• Improvement of the language for #6 Network Connection Assets;

• Refinement of notes and recommendation for #21 Tariff Administration; and

• Refinement of #32 Change Protocol
